International Gospel singer, recording artiste and songwriter Yemi Alafifuni deliver a brand new single titled, “Found.”
This singer–songwriter combines stunning melodies with infectious grooves and great beats, to create a catchy, yet direct and edgy sound.
Commenting on the song, Yemi says; “While life can be uncertain and the trend disturbing, it is comforting to know that God has a plan.”
“Found” was written at two different times both demanding a response to a simple question; what are you looking for that God can’t fulfil?
The chorus of this song was written a few years ago as a response to self-gratification thoughts. I survived extremely difficult situations growing up and wondered in awe how God brought me through.” – he continues.
“In my mind, I believe I have lived a good life becoming a Christian at a young age but it wasn’t that I could keep myself God found me and kept me from all harm – both spiritually and physically, in this world.
What is so special about me? The answers are summarised in the lyrics and the core is that God found me. He came running for me, even when I didn’t deserve it.
