“On God” is a song about how Most people tend to dabble into things due to lack of patience and flamboyance instead of waiting, “On God” and at the end of the day they get frustrated but those who have waited can tell you indeed with God He maketh rich and addeth no sorrow, He giveth things with no sorrow.
