Seasoned music minister, songwriter, and vocal coach, Nene Uko also known as Nene Soul Diva is out with soul-lifting worship and thanksgiving masterpiece titled “Osenoblah Meh” which literally means “My God.”
It is a song of worship, thanksgiving, and honour to God Almighty, sung in the dialect of the Southern region of Nigeria, it adopts a Soulful rhythm but with a Contemporary Worship overtone which eased into Soft Reggae at the latter part of the song.
Nene Uko came out with her hit single “Temi Dara” in 2007 and has released quite an array of edifying tunes ever since. She also had a stint as a coach on Nigerian Idol. A lead vocalist at House on the Rock church, she is an A-Lister in the Gospel music scene who has shared the stage with Sinach, Segun Obe, Wole Oni, amongst others.
